Which personal data can be processed
dimitridesiron.be (hereinafter referred to as RC bvba) may process personal data about you, because you make use of the services of RC bvba (in particular the purchase of paintings by Dimitri Desiron), and/or because you have provided these data to RC bvba yourself when filling in a contact form on the website, have sent an e-mail or have subscribed to the mailing list. RC bvba may process the following personal data:

Data usage
RC bvba processes your personal data to contact you by phone or e-mail if you so request. In addition, RC bvba may use your personal data in the execution of a contract concluded with you, in particular the purchase of paintings.

RC bvba will not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data are collected. Your data will not be kept longer than one year if no agreement with you is concluded, except for the data on the mailing list you subscribed to yourself; the latter will be kept until you indicate that you want to unsubscribe.
